We take a thoughtful approach to fitness using the latest technology combined with good old-fashioned human interaction to ensure your success. We have passion and dedication to seeing our clients reach their health and fitness goals. Our clients’ success is the benchmark for our success.
All of our personal trainers and instructors are certified, insured and CPR/First Aid trained. Our staff consists of a Center Director, Certified Personal Trainers, Registered Dietitian(with Bariatric background), Martial Arts expert, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Meredith Tipton- Center Director
Meredith Lentz Tipton came to Healthy Body Fit Mind in January 2008 seeking guidance to reach a fitness goal that would require her to reach further than she had ever before. The goal was set to compete in a triathlon as a strong motivator to prioritize the right physical activity and the right nutrition program to improve her overall health and well being. That goal was successfully reached in August 2008. Prior to that time, she was involved in a fulltime public health career that took her to a variety of states and employment settings that allowed her to see first hand the impact of good preventive health habits. Meredith has earned both her Masters’ and Doctoral degrees in public health fields.
Jessica Nasner- MS, RD, CSCS
Jessica Nasner is a registered Dietitian and certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist combining expertise in nutrition and fitness to assist clients in meeting their goals. Jessica graduated with her Master’s Degree in Nutrition from Boston University in 2004 and has been a personal trainer since 2001. Her specialties include weight loss, core training and injury rehabilitation.
Jessica has worked at a number of fitness centers and hospitals throughout the greater Boston area including time spent creating and implementing nutrition protocol for Bariatric Surgery. Her personal interests include biking, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking and rollerblading.
