WHAT IS INTEGRATIVE FITNESS?
Integrative Fitness is allowing the mind and body to reach new levels of health and fitness. It is developing strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and kinesthetic awareness through the use of balance and core exercise, correct breathing techniques, traditional weight training exercises and various activities. We specialize in teaching clients how to gain and apply these concepts into all of their movements whether in fitness activity or daily living activity.
By coaching and encouraging clients through appropriate challenges depending on their needs and abilities, our clients are reporting breakthroughs in their physical and personal lives! No matter what your current age,
fitness level or predisposition, through movement and mindful awareness you can change and continue to improve and enjoy your life.

Introducing our new B-Fit Exercise Program for Bariatric Patients
Program Details:
This program is designed for those planning to undergo or who have already had bariatric weight-loss surgery. By participating in an exercise program prior to bariatric surgery, participants can establish a cardiovascular routine and begin strengthening muscles (specifically the core). By participating in an exercise program after surgery (with medical clearance), participants can enhance their weight loss safely while maintaining and even increasing their muscle mass.
Program features:
Small groups supervised by an certified personal trainer*
Emphasis on low- and non-impact exercises to decrease joint stress
Flexibility and balance components
Education on exercise progression to foster independence
Helpful tips in incorporating into your daily life to achieve long term success
Monthly B-Fit newsletter
Private, non-intimidating atmosphere

B-Fit Class Times
Monday and Thursday 5:30 6:15 p.m Tuesday 11:45 12:30 p.m.
Cost per month: $55 per month for two times a week program and $30 per month for once a week. Classes begin the week of September 8th. Call or email to enroll or for more information.
Center Hours -Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m. 4.pm. -7.pm. (other times available by appointment)
Weekly Weight Support Group for Women
Tuesdays 5:30 6:30 starting 7/8 ongoing
Whether you have 5 or 50 lbs to lose or have lost weight and want to keep it off this is the place for you! We will have weekly ongoing casual, informal support meetings. There will be healthy conversation, useful handouts and the occasional healthy snack and activities.
If you are a past or current client of Healthy Body, Fit Mind its FREE to attend. Guests are only $5 per visit.
You can attend regularly or occasionally. Join a like-minded group of women with the same struggles. Have fun and increase the likelihood of long term success by participating in this exciting program.
