Our staff consists of dedicated, qualified and experienced health and fitness professionals. We take a thoughtful approach to fitness using the latest technology combined with good old-fashioned human interaction to ensure your success. All of our personal trainers and instructors are certified, insured and CPR/First Aid trained. Our staff consists of a Center Director, Certified Personal Trainers, Registered Dietitian(with Bariatric background), and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Our Weight Management team consists of a Registered Dietitian, Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant, Wellness Coach and Food Psychology Coach.
Everyone wants to lose weight but more importantly everyone wants to keep the weight off and live healthier, happier lives. No enrollment fee in the month of September/October
B-Fit (2x a week/ 30 min. per class) $55 per month
Gentle Nia (2x a week/60 min. per class) $79 per month*
Small Group Training (1x a week/45 min. per class) limited to 5 people $160 per couple (4 weeks) or $95 per person (4 weeks) other days and times will be added with this Personal Training Membership – share the cost, share the experience!
We intentionally limit the size of the classes to offer personalized attention. We do not offer drop-in rates as a rule but can make an exception for guests or if you are only here for a limited time. YOU can ALWAYS try before you buy.
